Ingredients

To make Paneer Tikka :

  • 200 gram Paneer Sliced ​​into 1 inch pieces
  • cup Capsicum Sliced ​​into 1 inch pieces
  • cup Red Capsicum Sliced ​​into 1 inch pieces
  • cup Yellow Capsicum Sliced ​​into 1 inch pieces
  • ½ cup Onion Chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • cup Tomatoes into 1 inch pieces
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil

To make Marinade :

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • tbsp Red Chilli powder For thick red color use Kashmiri chilli powder
  • ½ tbsp Cumin powder Zeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder Dhaniya powder
  • ½ tbsp Garam masala
  • ½ tbsp Fennel powder soaf powder
  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Mango powder
  • ¼ tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • Salt for taste According to your choice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • tbsp Lemon juice

For serving:

  • Lemon cut
  • Green coriander chutney or mint chutney

Instructions

Marinate Paneer :

  • 1. Take the curd in a thin handkerchief and keep it in a large sieve. Place a large bowl or jug ​​below so that the water coming out of the curd is collected.
    2. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour, during which time all the water will come out of the curd.
    3. And you will get very thick curd. It is also called Hung Curd. Take it in a bowl.
    4. Add all the marinated spices and salt. Mix well.
    5. Add ginger garlic paste to it. Also add lemon juice.
    6. Now cut the paneer tikka and vegetable into 1 inch pieces.
    7.Add all this to the yogurt mixture.
    8. Mix it carefully and all pieces should be well marinated.
    9. Cover it and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. If a few hours remain in the fridge, it will also work.

How to make Paneer Tikka :

  • 1. If you are using a wooden stick, soak it in water for 10-15 minutes.
    2. There is no need to soak if you are using a steel stick.
    3. Place aluminum foil on a baking tray. It is not necessary but it is easy to clean the tray later. Apply oil on the foil by hand or with a pinch.
    4. Now put cheese and vegetable on the stick. The order does not matter that much, but still you put equal amounts of vegetable in each piece of cheese.

Paneer Tikka in Oven :

  • 1.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees F) for 10 minutes.
    2. Now apply a good amount of oil over the tikka with the help of pinch. Turn it over and apply more oil. Now bake it in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
    3. Now take it out and apply all the oil again. Bake it again in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
    4. Paneer Tikka is ready to be served.

Paneer Tikka on Pan :

  • 1. Apply oil on the tikka.
    2. Heat the pan on medium gas. If possible, use non-stick griddle.
    3. After heating, place the tikka over it and cook.
    4. Turn from one other side to golden color. Similarly, cook from all four sides.
    5. Remove it from the pan and serve Paneer Tikka.
