Amchoor Chutney:

  • Like tea is incomplete without tea leaves. This dish is incomplete without Chutney. During my childhood, Amchoor Chutney was made in my school.
  • First, we need a pan and a bowl. We take Dry Mango powder in it. Before putting the Dry Mango powder taste it first, that it is sour.
  • Many times the Powder which we get from the market is old and its sourness had died, so be very careful.
  • We add Sugar, Black Salt, little red Chilli powder, roasted Cumin powder, and water.
  • It’s a simple ratio, four times water from the amount of dry Mango powder. Mix it well, so that all the lumps in the dry mango powder get mashed.
  • Put this in a pan and cook it. It doesn’t take a lot of time for this Chutney to cook. One quick boil, it gets a bit thick and we’ll remove it.
  • You can serve Bread Pakora Recipe hot or cold.
